The 1541-Ultimate II and the Tapuino have been used to dump C16 / plus/4 to tap files.

Though these devices write a C64 header of the files, the tap files can still be loaded into the Yape emulator.

Other methods are using Markus Brenner's mtap, dos pc with parallelport, x (a/m/e) 1541 cable, and a C64 with tape recorder.
